Serci – Return & Refund Policy

At Serci, we want every couple to feel confident in their outfits. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our return policy reflects the requirements of our fulfillment partner and applies to all orders placed on sercistore.com.

1. Eligibility by Country

United States (USA Orders)

Returns are accepted for US orders under the conditions listed below.

Canada (CA Orders)

At this time, we do not accept returns for Canadian orders, as our fulfillment partner does not process returns outside the USA.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement or refund.

2. Return Conditions (USA Only)

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags attached

  • Returned in the clear garment bag with the original SKU label

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item shipped back within 7 days of return approval

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins when the last package is delivered.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns that do not meet the required conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Refund Timeframe

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after the returned package arrives at our warehouse for processing.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you

This applies to both USA and Canada.

5. Undeliverable or Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • an undeliverable destination, or

  • failure to pick up the package,

the order will be automatically refunded once it reaches our warehouse.
You may place a new order with updated shipping details.

6. How to Initiate a Return (USA Only)

To request a return:

  1. Email us at Hello@serci.shop

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return

  3. You will receive:

    • a Return Authorization (RA) number

    • detailed return instructions

Packages must include the RA number to be processed.

7. Policy Updates

Serci may update this policy at any time to reflect operational changes with our fulfillment partner.
